What do I get when I unlock a profile?

You receive the graduate's full name, email address, phone number, references, and a professionally formatted PDF resume — delivered instantly.

Is there a free trial?

No free trial — the R299/month subscription is paid upfront. This keeps the platform genuine: every employer on Varsitywell has confirmed their intent to hire.

Does the profile unlock expire?

No. Once you unlock a profile you have permanent access to that candidate's details and PDF, even if you later cancel your subscription.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, anytime. Manage your subscription from your account page — you'll keep access until the end of the billing period.

Can I get a refund on profile unlocks?

Because contact details are delivered instantly on payment we can't offer refunds on unlocks. Use the free preview to confirm a candidate is a good fit before unlocking.

Is this for students too?

Students use Varsitywell completely free — creating a profile, updating it, and being discovered by employers costs nothing.

Can I post jobs without unlocking candidate profiles?

Yes. Job listings are free as part of your R299/month subscription — no extra charge. Students who apply become visible in your job dashboard (name, university, degree). You only pay the R29 unlock fee when you decide you want to contact a specific applicant.

Why does my bank or card statement show a different company name?

Varsitywell's payments are processed by M Muhlari Holdings LLC, our parent company — that's the name that will appear on your bank or card statement, not "Varsitywell". This is expected and shows up on every subscription and unlock charge; a receipt confirming the Varsitywell purchase is also emailed to you after every payment.
